Hi! I’m Erin Low, health coach, personal trainer, and movement educator with over 20 years of experience helping women feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies.
Throughout the years I’ve managed personal training teams, coached & taught in the health club setting, helped create and implement an instructor certification program, and now work privately with clients as a trainer and health coach.
I hold certifications from the Integrative Women's Health Institute, NASM, ACE, PMA and Foundation Training.
My approach is grounded, practical, and sustainable. I focus on helping clients understand their bodies, build lasting habits, and navigate life’s transitions — without extremes, gimmicks, or quick fixes.
